New sustainable and energy-efficient homes for a new community
Abel Homes is pleased to present their proposals for 53 high-quality, sustainable new homes on the land south of Church Street, Horsham St Faith. The scheme will bring forward a mix of house types catering to a variety of needs, with policy compliant affordable and Shared Ownership homes. The scheme will also provide a play area on site.
The site has been allocated in the adopted Greater Norwich Local Plan (GNLP) under policy reference ‘B.HS.1’ (formerly ‘GNLP0125R’). Horsham St Faith has been identified as a Village Cluster in the GNLP, recognising its suitability as a location for residential development and its contribution towards the Council’s housing targets and the proposals will help meet this need locally.
Abel Homes is aiming to submit a Full Planning Application in the coming months and would like to invite the community to share their thoughts on the proposals prior to submission of the application.
